However, the majority of these apps are either overly complicated or not very good. That is why we decided to create Dazz Cam. We wanted to create an app that is easy to use and fun to use. Our goal is to make the process of creating a glitch photo as simple as possible. Our app has a simple interface and it is easy to use. All you have to do is to select a picture or video, and you will be able to create a glitch effect on it in a few seconds.
